Every installer we have encountered has been top notch. We just recently had patio screens installed to block the sun and give us added privacy on our small patio. Garrett and Kevin were skilled installers. Garret gave me a call 30 minutes out. The shades were magnificent. The shades are secured by cables and provide seamless operation. Garrett gave me an informative tutorial on how to raise and lower the screens as well as protecting them in wind. He also gave tips on cleaning the shades.
