1. Services
All Pro Shade Concepts provides shade solutions and related products and services, which may include (but are not limited to) design consultation, fabrication, installation, repair, and maintenance services.
All services are subject to availability and may vary based on location, materials, and site conditions.
2. Estimates & Pricing
Estimates are provided based on the information available at the time and may change if project scope, materials, or site conditions change.
Pricing does not include unforeseen issues discovered during installation unless explicitly stated.
Written approval may be required before additional work is performed.
3. Payments
Payment terms will be outlined in your invoice or service agreement.
Deposits may be required before work begins.
Late or unpaid balances may result in project delays, suspension of services, or additional fees.
All payments are non-refundable once work has begun or materials have been ordered, unless otherwise stated in writing.
4. Scheduling & Cancellations
Scheduled service dates are estimates and may be adjusted due to weather, supply delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Cancellations or rescheduling may require advance notice. Fees may apply if notice is not provided within the required timeframe.
5. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
Provide accurate and complete information
Ensure safe access to the installation area
Obtain any required HOA approvals or permits unless otherwise agreed upon
Remove or secure personal property near the work area
6. Warranties
Product and workmanship warranties, if applicable, will be outlined separately.
Warranty coverage does not apply to misuse, neglect, unauthorized modifications, or acts of nature.
Normal wear and tear is not covered.
7. Intellectual Property
All website content, logos, text, images, and designs are the property of All Pro Shade Concepts and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
All Pro Shade Concepts shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the services giving rise to the claim.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless All Pro Shade Concepts from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the state in which All Pro Shade Concepts operates.
