I have not written many reviews. However, the All Pro Shades team has been EXCEPTIONAL in after service support. We had 4 shades put in when we moved to AZ in 2022. Since that time, we have had some minor issues and All Pro Shades was very quick to respond and service our shades. It has been 3 years and our largest screen had some problems sticking. They came out and replaced the pieces causing the problem and the shade is now as good as new! The shades work great, but the customer service and how they back their product is what has been even more impressive to me. I am very pleased and would recommend them to anyone!
