Operations Manager

This is a full-time on-site role as an Operations Manager located in Phoenix, AZ. The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing and leading a team, optimizing processes, ensuring quality control, coordinating with suppliers and vendors, and maintaining customer satisfaction. The Operations Manager will also be responsible for budgeting, project management, and implementing strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.

• Experience in operations management, project management, or a related role
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge of supply chain management and procurement
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in computer applications and software
• Experience in the construction or home improvement industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
