We are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented In-House Window Shade Screen Manufacturer to join our production team.

Position Overview:

The In-House Window & Shade Screen Manufacturer is responsible for fabricating, assembling, and ensuring the quality of custom window and shade screens. This role requires technical precision, familiarity with manufacturing tools, and a focus on maintaining the highest standards of product quality.

Key Responsibilities:

    •    Fabrication & Assembly:
    •    Cut, frame, and assemble window and shade screens using company-approved materials and tools.
    •    Ensure all products meet precise measurements and customer specifications.
    •    Quality Assurance:
    •    Inspect finished products for quality, durability, and accuracy before delivery.
    •    Identify and address any defects or inconsistencies in the manufacturing process.
    •    Equipment Operation & Maintenance:
    •    Operate cutting machines, screen stretching tools, and other manufacturing equipment.
    •    Maintain tools and equipment, ensuring they are in optimal working condition.
    •    Inventory Management:
    •    Monitor and manage inventory levels for materials such as screen mesh, frames, and hardware.
    •    Notify supervisors of low stock or supply needs to avoid production delays.
    •    Process Improvement:
    •    Collaborate with team members to streamline manufacturing processes and improve efficiency.
    •    Suggest ideas to enhance product design or manufacturing techniques.

Qualifications:

Experience:
    •    Previous experience in manufacturing, carpentry, or similar roles preferred.
    •    Knowledge of screen-making processes is a plus.

Skills:
    •    Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision.
    •    Familiarity with measuring tools (e.g., rulers, calipers) and cutting equipment.
    •    Excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines.
    •    Physical Requirements:
    •    Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 50 lbs.
    •    Comfortable working in a workshop environment with exposure to tools and machinery.
    •    Other Requirements:
    •    High school diploma or equivalent.
    •    Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and techniques.
