What Are the BBB Torch Awards for Ethics?
The BBB Torch Awards for Ethics recognize businesses that demonstrate ethical leadership and help build trust in the marketplace. BBB evaluates applicants across four core areas:
- Character: How leadership demonstrates integrity and makes decisions.
- Culture: How the organization puts its values into practice.
- Customers: How the business builds transparent, trusted relationships.
- Community: How the organization contributes to the communities it serves.
An independent panel of business and community leaders reviews entries and selects finalists. BBB’s 2026 Greater Arizona awards event is scheduled for November 19, when this year’s award recipients will be announced.
Whatever the outcome in November, being selected as a finalist is already something our entire team is proud of.
Inside the BBB Torch Awards Finalist Interview
As part of the BBB Torch Awards for Ethics finalist process, All Pro owner Robert Mulvin met with a panel of judges to talk about the company, our team, our culture, and how we handle real situations with customers. The interview went beyond simply talking about what All Pro stands for. It gave Robert the opportunity to share how those values show up in the decisions our team makes every day.
That made the experience especially meaningful. We got to talk about the people behind All Pro, the culture we’ve built together, and the lessons that have shaped the company over more than 20 years.

From a Glendale Garage to More Than 20 Years Serving Arizona
All Pro Shade Concepts started in 2005 as a small screen company operating from a Glendale garage. Today, we serve homeowners and businesses across Metro Phoenix and Tucson. In 2025, we passed 1,000 Google reviews. Along with years of referrals and repeat business, that milestone reflects the customer relationships that have helped All Pro grow.
As of publication, BBB lists All Pro Shade Concepts as an A+ Accredited Business, with accreditation dating to June 2010.
