Role Description

Responsibilities:

Install various types of shades and awnings at residential and commercial properties.
Ensure installations are done efficiently and accurately, meeting the high standards of quality our customers expect.
Work closely with the team to plan and execute installations, troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
Provide excellent customer service, ensuring all clients’ needs are met and they are satisfied with the final product.
Maintain a safe and clean work environment by adhering to company protocols and safety guidelines.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a shade and awning installer or similar role.
Strong understanding of construction tools and installation techniques.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work well in a team and foster a positive working environment.
Commitment to professional growth and development within the company.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Physical ability to lift heavy objects and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
